About Us

Andy and Darrell have worked together for over 6 years.  Their skill sets complement each other well making them a great leadership team.  Both Andy and Darrell have managed multimillion dollar projects.  The team prides themselves on their professionalism, reliability and quality of work.

Andy has been a part of the Durango community for over 25 years.  Andy and his wife Elise have 2 lovely daughters, Evy and Maya.  Andy spent 25 years in Supply Chain and Manufacturing.  During this time Andy oversaw many additions on facility's, installations and repairs of all kinds.   Andy has a wide range of experience.  Some highlights are in leadership, finance, project management, forecast, scheduling, collaboration and negation.  Andy has always worked hard to meet the customers' needs and expectations.  

When Andy is not working, you will find him spending time with his family on the ski slopes, bike trails, the soccer field, the golf course or at the lake.  

Darrell is a proud veteran and has been a part of the Durango community for over 10 years.  Darrell has over 30 years of experience starting with his own boat building company.  Darrell managed large industrial maintenance departments at Proctor and Gamble, ADM and the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.  Darrell believes everyone deserves prompt and affordable quality repairs.  Darrell leads by example and has incredible work ethic.  Darrell has been named Employee of the Year multiple times during his corporate career.  

Darrell is passionate about his family, especially his 3 dogs.  He loves the NY Giants, Nascar and Formula 1.  He Served in the US Army and was honorably discharged.
